What we collect when you order from us, why we need it and what we will never do with it.
What We Collect
Only what we need to get an order to you and to answer you when you write:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your delivery and billing address
- your order and payment history with us
- anything you send us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp
- basic technical information – IP address, browser, device type and the pages you visit here
We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Payments are handled by Razorpay on their own secure systems, and those details do not reach this website.
Why We Collect It
- to take, pack, deliver and where necessary refund your order
- to contact you about an order – a delivery time, a delay, a substitution
- to answer a question you have asked us
- to keep the invoices and accounts Indian law requires us to keep
- to understand which pages and products people use, so that this site gets better
We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to remember your cart and to measure traffic anonymously. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site will still work, though your cart may not survive a refresh.
Who Else Sees Your Data
Only those who need it to get your order to you:
- our delivery partners – your name, address and phone number, and nothing else
- Razorpay, to process the payment
- our hosting provider, which stores this site and its database
- a government authority, where the law requires us to disclose something
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
How Long We Keep It
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires, currently eight years. Everything else is kept while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable time after you ask us to close it.
How We Protect It
This site runs over HTTPS, access to customer records is limited to the people who actually fulfil orders, and payment data never touches our servers. No system is perfect – if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
Your Rights
- ask us what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- ask us to delete your data, apart from records we are legally required to keep
- withdraw consent for anything you had opted into
