Every morning's collection reaches the dairy within hours, is pasteurised and homogenised the same day, and goes into a sealed food-grade pouch before it leaves us. Buffalo milk, nothing added and nothing taken out - fuller in body than cow milk, good for chai, sweets and set curd.
