What we can take back, what we replace, and how quickly your money comes home.
Fresh Dairy Cannot Be Returned
Milk, curd and paneer are perishable foods. Once they have left our chilled chain and been accepted at your door we cannot take them back or resell them, so these items are not returnable. That is a food safety rule – and it takes nothing away from your right to a refund if something arrived wrong.
When We Replace or Refund
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer, if:
- the pack arrived damaged, leaking or with a broken seal
- the wrong item or the wrong size was delivered
- part of your order is missing
- the product was past its date on arrival, or had spoiled despite an intact seal
Send a photo of the pack and its batch number to wankhedeagrofoods@gmail.com, or on WhatsApp to +91 87999 02717, with your order number. A photo is all we ask for – we will never ask you to send a spoiled food item back to us.
Returning Sealed Ghee and Butter
Unopened ghee and butter with the tamper seal intact, and at least 30 days left before the best-before date, can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once a seal is broken we cannot accept the return.
Email us to start a return. We will arrange a pickup where our courier serves your pin code, and share the return address where it does not.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched – call or email us and we will refund the full amount. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but everything above still applies when it reaches you.
How Refunds Reach You
An approved refund goes back to the method the order was paid from – the same card, UPI ID or bank account. We issue refunds within 5 to 7 working days of approving them; your bank may take another 2 to 3 days to show the money.
We do not convert refunds into store credit unless you ask us to.
Still Not Right?
If a decision does not sit right with you, write to wankhedeagrofoods@gmail.com with your order number and we will look at it again ourselves. We would far rather fix something than argue about it.
