How your order is packed, when it leaves us and when it reaches your door.
Where We Deliver
What we can send you depends on how the product travels. Our chilled items stay close to the farm; our sealed, shelf-stable ones go anywhere in the country.
- Fresh milk, curd and paneer – Sindhudurg district only, delivered chilled.
- Ghee and butter – anywhere in India, in sealed, tamper-evident packing.
- We do not ship outside India at present.
Order Cut-off and Dispatch
Orders placed before 6:00 PM are packed and dispatched the next morning. Orders placed after 6:00 PM go out the following morning instead. We pack seven days a week.
You will get an SMS and an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.
Delivery Timelines
- Sindhudurg district – next morning
- Rest of Maharashtra – 2 to 3 working days
- Rest of India – 3 to 5 working days
These are counted from dispatch, not from when you place the order. Monsoon weather, local holidays and remote pin codes can add a day or two – if your order is running late, we will call you.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free on every order, everywhere we deliver. There is no packing fee, no handling charge and no minimum order value.
How Your Order Is Packed
Chilled items travel in insulated boxes with food-grade gel packs, sealed so that nothing leaks and nothing warms up on the way. Ghee and butter go out in tamper-evident packing with the batch number and packing date printed on every pack.
Receiving Your Order
- Please check the seal and the packing before you accept the delivery.
- Someone aged 18 or over should be at the address to receive it.
- If nobody is available, our courier tries twice more before the order comes back to us.
If the packing is damaged or the seal is broken, refuse the delivery and call us on +91 87999 02717 (6 AM – 9 PM) the same day. Our Returns & Refunds policy sets out what happens next.
